SnapAction helps you turn screenshots into useful next steps. This policy explains what we process when you use the service.
Information We Process
We process your account details from Clerk, uploaded images and extracted results when you request analysis, usage and subscription records, and technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
AI Processing
Cloud analysis sends your image to Google Gemini through Google AI Studio. Local-model analysis sends the image to the local endpoint you configure. Review Google's terms and privacy practices before uploading confidential information. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process.
Storage and Retention
SnapAction does not intentionally store uploaded images as application records. Session history is kept in your browser tab. Account, usage, subscription, security, and payment records may be retained as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Service Providers
SnapAction uses Vercel for hosting, Clerk for authentication, Supabase for billing and usage records, Upstash for rate limiting, Google AI Studio for cloud analysis, and Razorpay for subscriptions and payments. These providers may process data in countries outside India.
Your Choices
You can stop uploading data, delete your Clerk account through the account controls, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some billing and security records may be retained where required by law.
