SnapAction paid plans start at ₹49 per month and include Starter (30), Plus (50), Standard (100), and Pro (300) analyses. Your selected plan renews automatically until cancelled. Razorpay processes payments and may apply its own payment rules.
Cancellation
Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Access and quota treatment after cancellation will be shown in your account status.
Refunds
Request a refund for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or material service failure by contacting support promptly. Refund decisions follow applicable Indian consumer and payment law. Unused analysis quota is not automatically refundable.
Taxes and invoices
Taxes, invoices, and applicable GST treatment depend on the operating entity and customer location. Complete this policy with your registered business details and tax treatment before accepting paid customers.
